The Royal Opera House - London 2018

In September 2018 the ROH opened the brand new Open Space within the ROH. This is a completely new and dynamic concept of space utilisation. We have architected a attendance uptake roadmap which will measure the footfall at eight major door entrances in the ROH Open Up programme.. We designed our solution using our partner's Sensmax technology. In this initial implementation we have eight sensors providing data to our cloud solution

ROH web release: We have commissioned Stanton Williams to help us ‘open up’ the Royal Opera House, with our building physically embodying our core values of creativity, excellence and inclusivity.

There will be no changes made to the main stage which will be open throughout the works, with the performance schedule operating as normal.
Key enhancements include:

  • A new café and improved bars – relaxing spaces in the heart of London to grab a drink, whether or not you’re coming to a show, or enjoy a range of light bites. Free wifi will be offered.

  • A refurbished restaurant – Enjoy a stunning meal in an iconic venue, whether or not you’re coming to a show.

  • A redesigned Linbury Theatre – The West End’s newest and most intimate theatre

  • An improved Shop – a destination in its own right with a bespoke product offer

  • Exciting architectural redevelopment of our front of house spaces – incredible spaces brought to life with displays and collections drawing on the Royal Opera House’s heritage.

  • A new Front of House programme – Taster and full-length live performance in our front of house areas, as well as workshops and interactive digital content.

Past Achievements 2016/17
Open Blend Method Ltd

We architected the technical roadmap for Open Blend Method, a leadership framework that supports the methodology of work life blend.

 

Fast tracked the concept into production in a ten month period. Provided the web presence, production application and backend admin functions along with an Agile method continual  development environment.

Migrated from physical servers to MS Azure Cloud.

Our software development was in C sharp with MVC 4.6.

 

Clients on-boarded during the period included Guidant Media, Mediacom, Thinkers, Ella’s Kitchen, Waitrose, Amex.

Achievements - 2017/18
Space and People plc

We architected the Media Promotion Kiosks roadmap for Space and People, the leading international destination media and retail solutions specialist.

 

Currently we have implemented a plan to replace the legacy CRM and Booking system with an Azure hosted modern business solution. We began introduction into production during Q2 2016. Provided the web presence, production application and backend admin functions along with an Agile method continual  development environment.

Planned migration from physical servers to MS Azure Cloud.

Our software development is in C sharp within the latest MS Core 1.0.

Clients on-boarded include Network Rail, Land Securities, British Land and more than 300 UK Shopping Malls/Spaces.

London Borough of Islington
Highbury Fields

We architected an outdoor people counting roadmap to measure a footfall in Highbury Fields, a public park in Islington, London. We designed our solution using our partner's Sensmax technology. In this initial implementation we have eight sensors providing data to our cloud solution.

Principle Cleaning Services Ltd
Fidelity International

We architected a people counting roadmap to measure a activity within a brand new City of London office block managed by Fidelity. Yet again we designed our solution using our partner's IoT technology. In this initial implementation we have several sensors providing data to our cloud solution.

CBRE

PCS have introduced a flagship commercial building that is managed by CBRE. The pilot scheme was approved and commenced to run June to December 2018. The initial implementation covered VIP washrooms. Data was provided to our dashboard to provide insight on washroom usage. Greater usage of an IOT backbone will be developed and we have produced a fully Google Cloud compliant solution.

Newco

We have been commissioned to design an AI solution that will enable Intelligent Conversation between past customers of the company that wish to make self service transactions within Real Estate facilities. Excitingly, this will be mainly verbal with some text communications as fallback. Our study to create an Open API for this project has been awarded a European Regional Development Growth Grant through the Bucks Business First organisation.
